Abstract: India's top business schools, including the IIMs at Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Indore, Sambalpur, and Raipur, are frequently updating their curricula to keep pace with rapidly evolving corporate needs driven by technology and business disruptions. Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and sustainability (ESG) are now central to many programs. New, innovative courses like IIM Bangalore's 'Token Economy' are being introduced, focusing on digital platforms, tokens, and the Metaverse through experiential and no-code learning. IIM Ahmedabad is adding courses on generative AI, ethical AI use, and deep-tech business models while also launching a Dubai campus. IIM Raipur has introduced courses in crisis management, business analytics, and the intersection of marketing with music and storytelling. The overarching goal is to prepare graduates who are agile, tech-savvy, and equipped to lead in a digital-first, globalized economy.
