It then points to the need for decolonising management by recuperating diverse and other ways of managing, organising and living in South Asia that derive from the world views of the peoples of this place. It provides an overview of South Asian colonial encounter and the trajectory of management in this part of the world. It advances the metaphor of enmeshment as a way of thinking about the development of this volume and the ways of organising it represents. It also articulates some of the geopolitics of knowledge considerations that have influenced the development of this volume.en_US
