dc.description.abstractSome Indian Institute of Management (IIMs) have not yet enforced the reservation provisions for admission in research courses and faculty recruitment despite laws mandating the Central Educational Institutions to do the same. Under the Central Educational Institutions (Reservation in Admission) Act 2006, CEIs including IITs and IIMs have to provide 15 percent reservation in admission for scheduled castes, Schedule Tribes and Other backward classes respectively.en_US
