Abstract: | The article discusses the theories of existing studies on the beneficial aspects of internationalization. It states the relationship between international diversification and performance, wherein international business emphasizes positive results from international business such as increased market power, faster improvement along the learning curve and development of diverse capabilities. It relates the benefits derived from internationalization with identified learning issues in the literature. |
