| Abstract: | Indian Institute of Management Calcutta has welcomed its 16th batch of one-year full-time MBA for Executives Programme (MBAEx). The MBAEx programme aims to mould bright and dynamic leaders by leveraging peer-to-peer learning and industry exposure. With this vision, 78 individuals were handpicked to create a balance of young, aspiring leaders and seasoned veterans from various industries. The average age for the batch is 31.3 years and the average work experience is close to 8.5 years. |
