Abstract: YouGo Cabs is currently India’s fastest growing cab-rental company based on market share. However, while their market share is increasing, the board of governors at YouGo Cabs has noticed that the company’s profit is not showing significant improvement. YouGo Cabs has now hired Ravi Kumar, a hotshot in emerging market consultancy, to look into this problem.
